I take a broad approach to ensure the Yoga classes meet the needs of all participants and ensures ample individual attention. I am certified in the Yoga Fit program. A model that is designed from Hatha Yoga and blends with traditional fitness and strength routines. It integrates body and mind principals to demystify yoga and present ideas in an easy and usable model.
Having a degree in Physical Education, I am able to use that knowledge to instruct and breakdown movements and poses to serve individual situations. Stretching, flexibility and strength are all included in the practice session as well as relaxation to conclude the session.
Prayer Pose
This pose can be done either seated or standing. It increases the flexibility of the wrists. Lift the chest, with shoulders and elbows relaxed.
